The Human Resource Supportperforms administrative activities in support of Human Resources functions. These functions may include, but are not limited to, clerical tasks in such areas as employee records, benefits, compensation, and equal employment opportunity. The HR Assistant will also maintain both manual and automated personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports. In accordance with procedures, furnishes information to authorized personnel. Provides information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures. Human Resources Systems knowledge, follow through, confidentiality, and prior human resource experience is a must.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Supports human resources processes by maintaining records and information.
- Welcomes new employees to by assisting with New Hire process.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Provides secretarial support by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Organizes work.
- Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintains quality service by following organizational standards.

- Assist, as needed, in a team support of finance and payroll.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Required: Four (4) years’ experience in human resources role is required, benefits a plus.
- Required: Four (4) years’ experience in maintaining personnel files.
- Required: Five (5) years’ experience with Computer software applications.
- Required: Five (5) years’ experience with Excel Spreadsheet preparation.
- Required: Administrative writing and reporting skills.
- Preferred: Bi-Lingual
